Scott brings more than two decades of experience in developing, managing, and overseeing Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASCs) to North Medtech Advisors. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles within the ASC sector, including Market President, Vice President of Development, and Administrator, overseeing a diverse portfolio of surgical centers nationwide. Recognized for his ability to build and foster lasting relationships with physicians, health system executives, and key stakeholders, Scott specializes in developing and executing strategic outpatient initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and ensure financial sustainability. He has collaborated with leading industry management companies, health systems, and physician group practices, helping to shape best practices in operational streamlining, growth strategies, and the alignment of physician and health system goals. Committed to staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes, Scott ensures that the centers he works with not only meet but exceed the highest standards of care and financial performance. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Rutgers University.
